 Our flagship offering, the R6 Resilience Change Management Framework℠, is a cyclical framework consisting of six iterative puzzle pieces designed to guide organizations through periods of significant transformation and disruption. Unlike traditional linear models, the R6 Framework is progressive and non-linear, allowing for flexibility and adaptation as new information emerges or environments shift. This approach is crucial for navigating complex and turbulent environments where change is rarely straightforward and often random.

Each iteration functions as a guiding principle rather than a rigid rule, ensuring adaptability. The framework also exhibits a fractal nature, meaning its principles can be applied by anyone at any level within an organization, from a team leader guiding a workflow change to a CEO overseeing a major transformation. This scalability highlights its comprehensiveness.


Furthermore, the R6 Framework possesses a "nurturing" quality, capable of integrating various change management nuances, psycho-social nuances, and other frameworks. For instance, elements from Kotter's model, or even the firm's CSIPP framework, can be seamlessly incorporated, leveraging their strengths within R6's holistic structure. This adaptability and inclusivity contribute to its robustness in diverse organizational contexts. The firm has found that frameworks like CSIPP can be so nicely nurtured by R6 that they may not be necessary or desirable as standalone frameworks, as crisis is a type of change event.


The R6 framework's focus on organizational transformation and continuous adaptation also aligns with the Christian concept of resurrection, symbolizing transformation, renewal, and hope in the face of adversity, reflecting an ongoing process of change and renewal. (Bible, New International Version, 2011). It is also inherently value-centric, revolving around the organization's ability to continuously add value to customers, a core tenet of business purpose and consistent with the firm's Permacapital Economics framework.
